This Ragi Soup / finger Millet soup is a healthy low calorie Soup which is ideal for losing weight. It’s high in dietary Fibre and protein this it will keep you full for long and curbs hunger pangs hence support the process of weight loss.

Ingredients to make Ragi Soup / Finger Millet Soup for weight loss :-

1 tbsp Ragi Flour (organic)
1 small spring onion
1 tomato
1 small carrot
Some chopped beans
1/4 cup chopped mushrooms
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp flax seeds
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Water as required
1/2 tsp olive oil

Method to make healthy Ragi and vegetable soup :-

Mix plain Ragi flour in water to make a thin paste
In a pan heat 1/2 tsp olive oil add Cumin seeds
Once the seeds starts to crackle add onion & sautée them
Add chopped carrot, beans, mushrooms & tomato
Add Ragi paste & cook, add water as required
Add salt, pepper, Coriander powder & flax seeds powder
Simmer & cook for good 12-15min, keep stirring
Serve or consume warm for lunch or dinner
