HAHAAH the mexican-ish trumpet part was surprising and really funny, all suddenly like that while you show the nice chicken pieces. I don't know if it was meant to be funny but I really laughed!

Because the lemon grass is shredded and deep fried, can we eat it too? or is it only for garnish?

Looks great! (At 1:08, you say "one teaspoon each of oyster sauce…" and then you add another substance – maybe oil? – without the voiceover mentioning it.) says:

What an awesome recipe, Helen! I've not seen it done like that before and loved it! Thanks for sharing. I thought it interesting that you said chicken isn't typically eaten…maybe because my family came to the US we incorporate chicken into our recipes more, but we do eat a lot of pork. And we'd eat a ton more seafood if we weren't landlocked where seafood is so freakin' expensive and not as fresh! 🙂

I love your intro. So cute just like you 😘 but this chicken would be good with pickled mustard greens. What can I say? I'm a Southern girl. 😉
