Healthy chicken soup recipe!Chicken soup is one of the most pleasing recipe. this chicken soup has classic flavors with simple method.cooks more quickly than traditional chicken soups.this soup has all classic flavors.So this is a must try soup.
preparation time:15 minutes
cooking time:10 minutes
ingredients:

100 grams chicken

chicken stock(optional)

salt 1/2 tsp

1 tsp garlic chopped

1 tsp ginger chopped

1 tsp green chilli chopped

1 tbsp white spring onion

2 tbsp chopped cabbage

2 tbsp chopped carrot

2 tbsp chopped green onion

1 tbsp chili sauce

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp white pepper

1 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp vinegar

1 egg(only white part)

2 tbsp corn flour mixed with half a cup of water

1 tbsp oil
method:

boil the chicken in 2 glasses of water, add chicken stock cube(optional) and salt.
cook it for 10-15 minutes.
shred the chicken and keep the chicken stock(chicken water)aside.
heat a pan add oil.
add chopped garlic and ginger,saute it for few seconds.
add green chilies and spring onion.
fry well
add chopped cabbage, carrot and green onion.
fry it for 2 minutes. don’t overcook them, keep them crunchy.
add black pepper white pepper salt. mix well
add vinegar and white part of egg, mix them well
add chicken, chili sauce and soy sauce as well
add chicken stock( water in which we cooked our chicken).
bring them to a boil.
add corn flour mixture little by little.
cook it for 2 minutes.
check the consistency add more corn flour mixture if required.
turn off the flame.
ready to serve.
