Hi Guys, today I’m making a family recipe that I’ve been cooking for a long time. It’s very easy to prepare and the only vegetable you have to cut are onions. We’ll be using ground spices to save time and effort. All the ingredients are listed below:
Chicken legs – 12 pieces – 3 lbs – 1.3 kg
Onions – 2 large – 1 lb – 455 g
Tomato Paste – 3 tablespoons
Coriander Powder – 1.5 tsp
Garam Masala – 1.5 tsp
Garlic Powder – 1.5 tsp
Chili Powder – ½ tsp or more to taste
Ground Turmeric – ¼ tsp
Butter – 2 tablespoons
Oil – few tablespoons

Hi Anita what if I don't want to use the broiler and I just want to use the regular oven temp instead what would the temperature be and how long would I have the chicken legs in there for?
